Bilbray: “Immigration Reform Consultant” Title OK’d
Brian Bilbray’s supporters can breathe a big sigh of relief. Yesterday a judge sided with Bilbray and said his ballot designation of "Immigration Reform Consultant" was OK to use. The title had been challenged by millionaire-candidate Eric Roach who said that the accurate ballot title for Bilbray would have been "lobbyist."
