Horn sounds just awful on Hedgecock today. He has not been straightforward, his answers sound contorted and twisted and evasive. Kind of like his response and explanation to News 8 last night.
Be sure to listen to the Roger Hedgecock Show (3-6 pm) today on AM 600 KOGO as he will have Supervisor Bill Horn as his guest. Should be interesting to hear Horn play the victim card again.

The explanations offered by Horn and Wonsley don’t hold up very well and News 8 did a good job of pointing this out:
Bill Horn’s campaign documents also list a bogus residential street address for both Joan Wonsley and her daughter Brooke.
“#2 Via Loma” is listed on the forms, but it is not in Encinitas and it is not where the Wonsleys are living.
Via Loma is really Wonsley’s mother’s address in Laguna Niguel.
Wonsley says she listed the false address to protect her privacy. But the street address of Horn’s Carlsbad house where the Wonsley’s actually do live is not reported on Horn’s campaign statements as required by law.
Failure to disclose a paying tenant, bogus addresses on official campaign record; if somebody didn’t know any better they might think Bill Horn has something to hide.
Interesting to see Democrat congressional candidate Francine Busby’s latest press release. She calls House GOP ethics reforms "Cover Your Butt" strategy. Not sure I’ve seen a formidable political figure use the term "butt" in a statement before.
To further give the press a kick in the pants to pay attention to her point she reportedly sent jeans with holes in them to reporters.

The North County Times reports that a candidate’s debate will take place tonight. That’s right, they say it will be a debate, not a forum. The move towards candidate forums in recent years has been dreadful for those of us who enjoy a good political dustup. Watching 15 people all say pretty much the same thing in the same nervous/monotone voice in front of 10 senior citizens just doesn’t do much to distinguish one candidate from another.
NCT editor Kent Davy is set to moderate the debate which will take place from 7:00 - 9:00 PM tonight at Cal State San Marcos.
