Mr. Roach Goes to Washington

Filed under: Uncategorized - Administrator @ 5:35 pm

Republican 2nd place finisher, Eric Roach, is thinking about shooting for a first place finish on June 6th.

Roach has spent the past several days in Washington, D.C. with his advisors, blogger Jon Fleischman and 50th district candidates Bill Hauf and Howard Kaloogian.

Jon Fleischman’s been blogging about this like a roadie/groupie getting to sing live on stage with his/her favorite band.  Read all the various threads here.

George Will is less giddy, but still interested in the soap opera that is the race for the 50th.  You can read his column "Political Stew in San Diego" here.

  2. “A Resounding Success!!”

Actually that is pretty much Flashreport’s take on it. Some guy in the comments said Jon’s finace should be nervous. heh. Was it DC Guy or CT who said that FR is the online edition of CA News & Review. He might be right…

What I’d like to hear is more about Howard. Any photos of him on the lawn at the Hotel Del that he’s trying to pass off as the White House?

That is great! Better yet, I’m sure he has been to the Luxor in Las Vegas and he can claim he has been to Egypt.

    Howard “Sphinx”!
